Reporting a dangerous situation happens in the worst possible conditions: in a hurry, one-handed, often while still shaken. Any friction in that moment means the report never exists. In Milan, 40% of crimes already go unreported.
Seezy turns that missing data into a shared resource, a real-time map built by the people who walk the city. The MVP defined the information architecture around two coexisting readings of the same urban space: streets, where risk is perceived by area, and the metro network, where it is perceived by stop. Two mental models, one product.
The reporting flow was reduced to a pre-set taxonomy and a few taps, with anonymity by default, so the effort stays proportionate to the moment it belongs to.
The MVP established the base component system the product now scales on, and brought Seezy from concept to something investors could actually use.
